Old Man Winter is finally here, and with it comes winter food and booze! And you can jump right into it at Winter's Eve in Lincoln Square.

On Monday, November 28 from 5:30–9pm in the tents at Columbus Circle, you can try bites and sips from 30 city eateries (you'll be just about ready to indulge again post-Thanksgiving). Each sample will cost between $1–$4 and will feature items like mac 'n' cheese pops from Sugar Factory American Brasserie, butternut squash soup from Nanoosh, duck confit tacos from The Empire Rooftop and much more (Bouchon Bakery, P.J. Clarke's, Starbucks, etc.). There will also be live entertainment, including American Idol's Justin Guarini, and plenty of family fun, like craft-making and an appearance from Jack Frost. And, of course, the tree-lighting ceremony will light up the night, signifying the start of the holiday season.
