See stunning helicopter photos of the largest moon in 68 years

Earlier this morning, a once-in-a-generation supermoon hovered over NYC. It appeared larger than it has for the last 68 years, and larger than it will again until 2034.

In order to fully capture the celestial event, we hopped on a Blade helicopter with NYONair to get a closer look. See the photos for yourself below, and if you missed the moon last night, you'll be able to see it almost as large tonight.
