The annual outdoor car-free celebration Summer Streets is once again being blessed this year with its most popular, and slippery, attraction: a free 300-foot water slide.

RECOMMENDED: Full guide to Summer Streets NYC 2016

The slide, located at Foley Square (111 Worth Street), lets participants fly down New York faster than if they were running late for a rush hour train from Penn Station. On top of that, you get to hang out on an actual “beach” with sand and hammocks afterward! Who says you have to leave the city on weekends in August?

Check out photos and video of this Saturday’s fun below and follow this registration link for the next events on August 13 and 20.
