The Target takeover continues. A month after the chain opened its Tribeca location, it’s being reported that it signed a lease for yet another location in Hell’s Kitchen. The new Victoria Beckham for Target collection will most likely be long gone by the time it opens in the summer of 2019, though.
The new spot will be located at 615 Tenth Avenue, taking over the bottom floor of a seven-story office building and occupying 29,000 square feet. And don’t forget, we’re already waiting on the East Village Target to arrive in 2018. Though the store’s a formidable competitor to both Trader Joe’s and Duane Reade, that is a whole lot of Targets in our city.
