The best draft cocktails in New York City

Abby Carney

Draft cocktails are no longer trending; they’ve officially become part of the natural fabric of our cocktail-loving lives. That said, not every bar in New York has cocktail offerings on tap, so it’s exciting to come across one with all the usual mixed-drink trappings ready to pour faster than you can say “Cosmopolitan.” Here are some of the best places to get a cocktail on tap in New York.

Manhattan at Yours Sincerely
The Bushwick darling of the tap-cocktail movement boasts nearly 30 craft cocktails on tap, including a piña colada and a ready-made Manhattan. $8

Americano at Amor y Amargo
An intimate space that seats only 10 to 15 imbibers at a time, this East Village bitters bar pours their carbonated and house-made sweet vermouth Americanos on tap. $12

Fernet Branca and cola at the Wayland
Fernet Branca and a house-made cola make up the on-demand tap cocktail at this eclectic East Village joint. $7

Manhattan at Saxon + Parole
Pony up to a Manhattan on tap at this Noho spot. The combination of W.L. Weller bourbon, vermouth and house-made leather bitters is stirred with ice inside a special Japanese Yarai glass and finished with cherry and orange zest. $15

Dizzy Izzy soda at Donna
At this Williamsburg cocktail bar—a winner at our 2016 Time Out New York Bar Awards—find tapped tipples like a paloma, an aperol spritz or the spicy-sweet Dizzy Soda, made with sherry, rum, Thai chile and pineapple. $11

Draft dark & stormy at Holiday Cocktail Lounge
Feel lush at the revamped East Village haunt with the dark and stormy or a Long Island iced tea on draft. $5–$7

Negroni at the Cannibal
This meat lover’s paradise has more to offer than beefy cuts—their location inside Gotham West Market offers a classic draft Negroni or Manhattan. $13

Hot Pink at Boilermaker
Try the tequila-and-grapefruit Hot Pink concoction, or a playful pineapple number with rum, mescal, cream soda and gummy bears, on draft at this East Village corner bar. $11–$12
