The ninth annual Electric Zoo music festival took place over Labor Day weekend, and, despite a bit of rain, its three-day lineup brought thousands of ready-to-dance revelers to Randalls Island. Folk didn't let the weather get in the way of busting out an array of colorful outfits for the fest. As usual, Electric Zoo's costumed masses were hard to miss. Here's some of the best (and most out-there) outfits we saw at the festival.
