Let your hair down at The Stoop Series: Barbershop Stories: It's All About Hair
Painter and lyricist Greg Purnell tells stories from his barbershop days while giving a haircut live on stage. He's joined by fellow storytellers Dawn J. Fraser, Barbershop Stories founder, blogger-comedian Franchesca Ramsey of MTV's Decoded, comedian Hollie Harper and pianist-singer Akie Bermiss.
BRIC House Stoop, 647 Fulton St, Brooklyn, 7–9pm, free with RSVP

Eat (free pizza) and be merry at the Comedy Show at Alligator Lounge
Sean Donnelly, Steve O'Brien, Kevin McCaffrey and Robert Dean pass the mic while hosting a weekly stand-up show where the venue provides its guests with free pizza. No rats allowed!
The Alligator Lounge, 600 Metropolitan Ave, Brooklyn, 9pm, free

Hold on to your butts at Jurassic Park Trivia
Do you know how fast a T-rex can run, what's in a stegosaurus' poop, and that objects in the mirror are closer than they appear? You better brush up on your Spielbergian knowledge to compete. Reserve free tickets for your entire team here.
People Lounge, 163 Allen St, 8pm, free
