There's going to be a rare full moon on Christmas

It's almost Christmas in New York! And while we might not wake up to a white, snow-covered Gotham this year, we will have super-massive full moon to gaze at on Christmas morning.

Fun fact: December’s full moon is dubbed the “Cold Moon” (although it should be called the lukewarm moon, am I right?). The full moon hasn’t fallen on Christmas Day since 1977 and won’t occur again until 2034, so make sure to head to your roof, local park and stoop at 6:11am on Christmas morning to enjoy it!

We reckon we have another super moon phenomenon on our hands.
