Okay, so it wasn't such a great week, weatherwise—snow? in mid-March? seriously—but the spring and summer concert forecast continues to heat up. Hip-hop supderdiva Nicki Minaj announced a pair of area gigs, Phish teased a big festival upstate, and Jazz at Lincoln Center unveiled a doozy of a fest honoring jazz legend Wayne Shorter.
