It’s starting to look like winter may have happened all at once this year.

The city is expected to get steadily warmer as the week goes on. Most of today was in the 50s, with temperatures predicted to climb to the 60s on Tuesday. The National Weather forecasts a high of 70 degrees on Wednesday, potentially tying a record set in 2000.

What is this, Christmas?

The warm weather is sticking around for a while too, at least through the end of the week and into the weekend. In fact, daily highs in the extended forecast stay in the 50s and 60s for the next few weeks. So spring really may have sprung a bit early this year.
