Even though we've had ’90s booze cruises, Comic Con booze cruises, and Drake booze cruises, New Yorkers just can't seem to quit their alcohol-fueled yacht rides. On Sunday November 6, Lindy Hop fanatics get their own voyage around Manhattan's waters with Sing Sing Swing, an "up the river" cruise on the Hornblower Hybrid.

The $125 ticket includes four hours of swinging on the Hybrid, a buffet dinner and a free drink at the bar. All proceeds of the afternoon cruise benefit the Sing Sing Prison Museum, which is now in development. The afternoon's music, provided by Vince Giordano and the Nighthawks, will harken back to the ’20s, ’30s and ’40s, when Sing Sing was prominently featured in popular movies. While you pass the Statue of Liberty, you can get jiving to classics by Cole Porter, Bessie Smith and other Ragtime favorites.

The Sing Sing Swing boards at 3:30pm on Sunday November 6 at Yonkers City Pier and docks at 8pm. You can learn more and buy tickets here
