39th Annual CCNY Poetry Festival

The City College Poetry Festival is a daylong reading of verse, which begins with children from New York City schools, continues with junior-high and high-school poets, and finishes with featured writer Cornelius Eady, founder of the Cave Canem writers' organization and author of volumes including The Gathering of My Name and Kartunes: Victims of the Latest Dance Craze.
