Brooklyn Literary Mash-Up

Director, author and Brooklyn native Nelson George has helped to organize this tribute to 150 years of the borough's literary history. Playwright Carl Hancock Rux, actor Cassandra Freeman and more perform pieces by Walt Whitman, Colson Whitehead and many others, as visuals provide even more local color.
