Chris Hedges

Former New York Times foreign correspondent Hedges has written about the myths of combat (War Is a Force That Gives Us Meaning), among many other political issues, for his column in political blog Truthdig. The new Days of Destruction, Days of Revolt, a work produced with graphic-novelist Joe Sacco, examines places on the U.S. map that reveal negative aspects of capitalism.
