Cartoonist Gilbert Hernandez is best know for the long-running Love and Rockets series, which he created with his brother Jaime. The new Marble Season features Hernandez's familiar episodic storytelling, landscapes and line drawings, substituting childhood experiences for the usual surreal circumstances.
