In Conversation: Laura Furman and Lily Tuck

Tuck won the National Book Award for her last novel, the 19th-century story The News from Paraguay, and her new I Married You for Happiness takes on the more intimate concerns of a husband and wife. Furman, author of The Glass House and editor of the "PEN/O. Henry Prize Stories" series, returns with a collection of nine short stories about mothers and daughters.
