Lydia Millet

The satirical and sci-fi-inclined Lydia Millet's latest novel, Magnificence, finishes a trilogy she began in 2008 with How the Dead Dream. The final installment hands its narration over to Susan Lindley, as she learns that her husband has died and then inherits an old mansion from an uncle obsessed with taxidermy.
