Suzanne Corso with Lorraine Bracco

Corso's new Brooklyn Story is the coming-of-age tale of Samantha Bonti, an Italian Jew who meets a would-be gangster named Tony while a teen in 1978 Bensonhurst. The subject matter has, perhaps unsurprisingly, attracted Bracco, whose name is attached to a film adaptation of Corso's book, to be directed by Penny Marshall.
