Vendela Vida

Vida, a cofounder and coeditor of literary magazine The Believer (not to mention Dave Eggers's wife), has a gift for probing the workings of memory, particularly in her latest book, The Lovers. She samples from her story of a newly widowed woman buying a house at the site of her honeymoon in Turkey with Vacation author Deb Olin Unferth at McNally Jackson tonight and goes solo Wed 21 at Greenlight.
