Detroit Symphony Orchestra

Appearing in conjunction with the Beijing Modern Music Festival, this Motor City mainstay comes to Avery Fisher Hall with a program of works by Guggenheim award-winning Chinese composer Xiaogang Ye. Joining the orchestra are conductor Yongyan Hu, violinist Cho-Liang Lin, soprano Measha Brueggergosman, the New York Choral Society and a clutch of respected Chinese musical guests.
