Ecstatic Music Festival: Arnold Dreyblatt and Megafaun

Rekindling a durable collaboration first sparked in 2007, Berlin-based American minimalist composer Arnold Dreyblatt presses the diligent freak-folk weird beards of Durham, NC's Megafaun into service as his scrappy backing band, performing a mix of old and new works that presumably will include selections from a forthcoming joint CD. Anyone who remembers the sparks that flew when Rhys Chatham joined Oneida here last year will need no further urging.
