Magdalena Kozená and Yefim Bronfman

The superb Czech mezzo-soprano Magdalena Kozena teams up with distinguished Russian pianist Yefim Bronfman for a wide-ranging program of attractive, offbeat fare, including the New York premiere of Marc-André Dalbavie's Three Melodies on a Poem of Ezra Pound. Mussorgsky's The Nursery, Ravel's Histoires naturelles, Bartok's Dorfszenen and selected Rachmaninoff songs complete the bill.
