Mannes Beethoven Institute

The Mannes faculty puts on the second of a pair of Beethoven-themed shows, as part of the school's annual summer institute dedicated to the great composer's piano and chamber works. Tonight's concert features various selections, along with Stephen Hartke's The King of the Sun. Alan Feinberg—whose album of 16th- and 17th-century English music, Basically Bull, was a highlight of 2013—is among the performers.
