Violinist Anne-Sophie Mutter, the Phil's artist-in-residence a few seasons back, returns for a one-night stand. It amounts to the week's toniest record-release party, since she's playing the big work featured on her latest CD, Dvorak's Violin Concerto. Happily, the concerto isn't overexposed, and Mutter's great in it; what's more, talented conductor Manfred Honeck pads the bill with Dvorak's Carnival Overture and "New World" Symphony.
