Olga Kern

A passionate Russian-American pianist who famously took the gold medal in the 2001 Van Cliburn Competition, Olga Kern comes to the Y with a program assembled in Cliburn's memory: Schumann's Carnaval, Alkan's Étude No. 3, Chopin's Sonata No. 2 and selections from Rachmaninoff's Préludes (Opp. 3, 23 and 32).
