The megawatt soprano concludes her Carnegie Hall Perspectives series with an affair titled "Vienna: Window to Modernity," for which she's enlisted pianist Jeremy Denk, the Emerson String Quartet and further guests. The program includes sumptuous works by Strauss, Zemlinsky, Brahms, Schoenberg and their ilk. Apart from an intimate affair in the Greene Space on May 6 (see thegreenespace.org), this is the Emerson Quartet's final NYC public event with cellist David Finckel.
