Hands down one of America's most important and influential electronic-music pioneers, Morton Subotnick comes to the Kitchen's Synth Nights series to present a career-spanning set, titled "From Silver Apples of the Moon to a Sky of Cloudless Sulphur: V." (If you recognize the first half of that mouthful, it's probably because that was the name of the seminal LP that launched Subotnick's career, back in 1967.) Video artist and animator Lillevan is on hand to augment and illuminate.
