The Knickerbocker Orchestra

Japanese pianist Harumi Hanafusa joins conductor Gary S. Fagin and his downtown band for the U.S. premiere of Akira Nishimura's A Shaman, and also performs in Ravel's seductive Piano Concerto in G major. Kurt Weill's Panamanian Suite and Fagin's new suite from Weill's Mahagonny complete the program.
