Time Out says

Lithuanian conductor Gintaras Rinkevicius leads 134 young musicians, gathered from 50 countries, in an ensemble that mixes classical and ethnic instruments in order to promote the idea of cultural cooperation. Just what's on the program is something of a mystery, but violinist Alexander Markov will be on hand for his flamboyant Rock Concerto and a bit of Paganini.
