DJ mix: Alexi Delano and Adultnapper

Chilean-born, Sweden-bred and now a resident of the world (with plenty of time for New York City), Alexi Delano might not be the most well known dance-music producers around—but he’s one of the best. Equally at home with esoteric techno and warm ’n’ fuzzy deep house, the man’s been a mainstay of the underground scene since the mid-’90s, with his four-to-the-floor hotness released on such esteemed imprints as H. Productions, F Communications, Svek and Railyard. On Saturday, October 20, the veteran producer presents another of his Alexi Delano and Friends fiestas—and he does have some impressive pals, with this party featuring Canadian hotshot Konrad Black. Francis “Adultnapper” Harris is another of his amigos, and here’s a mix of muted techno rhythms from Harris and Delano, recorded live at the London after-hours soiree Jaded.
