Black Heat

Two storied selectors and old pals, Rich Medina (from Jump N Funk and Props) and Dennis Kane (Strobe Lodge, the Deep End et al.), team up to regale S.O.B.'s dance floor with a wide array of rhythms, ranging from Chicago house and B-boy anthems to Salsoul burners and Afrotech jams. Liquid Liquid's Sal Principato adds his percussive flair to the affair, while Roughstars' Cornelius Byrd serves as the night's MC.
