The Italian DJ-producer Benny Benassi calls his sound “hypnotech”; it's the kind of thumping, big-room electrohouse exemplified by such Benassi productions as 2003's “Satisfaction” as well as his more recent work for Madonna and, er, Chris Brown. He'll be doing damage on Webster Hall's main floor; the Marlin Room sees hip-hop and Top 40 coming courtesy of Sean Sharp and guests; and in the Studio, DJ Subset and his friends play house, dubstep, trap and more for the Bassment Saturdays soiree.
