Dances of Vice: Powerhouse Stomp II

Shien Lee's Dances of Vice soiree, in conjunction with the Blue Note Jazz Festival, presents its second salute to classic American cartoons of the ’20s through the ’40s, with music from Brian Carpenter's Ghost Train Orchestra and a classic-cartoon costume contest at 10pm. Pre- and postset tunes come courtesy of DJ Va Va Voon, and the cast of performers includes the Great Deceiver, Albert Cadabra, juggling sensation Michael Karas and tap-dancing burlesque beauty Gin Minsky.
