The fine folks at Oxheart, who are the brains behind this shindig, describe it as "a celebration of the glitter in all of us—the glitter that we shake out and swirl about with each movement and beat of creativity." Got it? Good. What you'll find (besides all that glitter) are artists, dancers, aerialists, musicians and lots more, with the Metal Ballerina, the Gowanus Circus, Iced Ink, the Discosticks, the Harmonica Lewinskies and others contributing to the hoopla.
