Deep Space: Loefah + Kirk Degiorgio

Dance-music deity François K is behind this great affair, focusing on dub in all its glorious, echo-drenched forms (vintage Jamaican, modern and what he’s calling “outer-planetary”). This is going to be a very special installment of the long-running party, with Mr. K joined by two pioneering U.K. producers: Loefah is the seminal dubstep kingpin from the essential DMZ and Swamp 81 labels, while Kirk Degiorgio is the brilliant, genre-bending music maker who also works under the As One, Elegy, Esoterik, Critical Phase and Future/Past monikers.
