New York creative artist and underground music enthusiast Aurora Halal returns to play Bossa Nova Civic Club, joined by Hank Jackson, Muke and Nihal Thomas. Halal, who was featured in Resident Advisor's "Breaking Through" series, is a creative overachiever in music, video and event production and anything and everything in between. Devoted largely to New York's underground scene, she's the creator of the party series Mutual Dreaming and helped stage the well-received weekend festival Sustain-Release in its first year this past September. Additionally Halal has toured in the U.S. and Europe, playing along big names such as the U.K.'s Werkdiscs mysteryman Actress.
