Alex English and GBH are back with their big electronic-dance-music bash, the Girls & Boys affair, held in Webster Hall’s massive Grand Ballroom. This week's headliner is Jack Beats, the U.K. producer whose sound represents the none-too-subtle, raved-up end of the house-with-wobbly-basslines spectrum.
