House Dance International

The House Dance International festival is an annual three-day event dedicated to “urban dance” (subcategories include house, vogue and waacking), with workshops, discussion panels, competitions and—of course—dancing. This is a little-known scene outside of (and even within) clubbing circles, and is well worth checking out if you have any degree of curiosity regarding nightlife subcultures. Plus, it's fun!
