France's Jean-Baptiste de Laubier, better known to electro-loving clubbers as Para One, is one of the key artists from the defunct Institubes label as well as the producer of hip-hop unit TTC and the deck-wrecking Birdy Nam Nam. He'll be joined in Output's booth by Destructo, who is one and the same as Gary Richards, the man behind the HARD parties.
