Iowa native Schaffer the Darklord hosts, and the performers include his fellow Buckeye Jezebel Express, Missouri miss Lady Scoutington, South Dakotan Go-Go Harder and Minnesota's own Minnie Tonka, with live tunes coming from Cleveland's Pinch & Squeal and DJ Fresh Prince of Darkness (is Hell in the Midwest?) on the decks.
