Lazerpop V: Com Truise (DJ set) + Chrome Canyon + Airbird (DJ set)

Seth Haley, despite adopting the dubious musical moniker Com Truise, makes smart, ’80s-tinged electronic music that he describes as "mid-fi synth-wave, slow-motion funk." He'll be in DJ mode tonight, with former Apes & Androids member Morgan Z—who's been creating some quite good analog-synth disco under the Chrome Canyon moniker—performing live. Airbird is Joe Ford of Ford & Lopatin; his plays dreamy pop with a touch of dance-floor oomph.
