Can't wait for next month's Movement Festival in Detroit? Verboten's here to whet your appetite, with Motor City house and techno second-wavers Carl Craig and Kenny Larkin joined by Davide Squillace (a veteran of Ibiza's Circoloco party at DC10), the Desolat label's Martin Buttrich, Culprit Records' Ataxia duo and others. (Sure, not all of the artists are actually from Detroit or playing the festival itself…but with a loaded lineup like this, we're not complaining.) The night doubles as the debut of Craig's "Somewhere in…Brooklyn" residency.
