Nightlife: An Oral History of NYC Club Culture

Nightlife luminaries—including Joey Arias, Ladyfag and Michael Musto—will recall the late-’80s and early-’90s club scene and its enduring influence on NYC’s after-hours culture. One topic that’s sure to be raised is the possible parole of infamous club kid Michael Alig, who was convicted of murder in 1997, and was played by Macaulay Culkin in the 2003 film Party Monster.
