The glittering strains of androgyne-friendly rock waft their way through (Le) Poisson Rouge at this homage to the likes of Roxy Music, Mott the Hoople, T. Rex and—tonight, in honor of his 64th birthday—Mr. David Bowie. Presented by Michael T, Benjamin Ickies, Twig the Wonderkid and Shien Lee, the party features a bevy of live acts (including the 22-piece chamber outfit This Ambitious Orchestra, Michael T & the Vanities, Le Mood and the Daisy Spurs) and DJ action from the Peace Biscuit's Bill Coleman, House of Stank's W. Jeremy and Mr. Wonderkid; Formika and Empress Chi Chi Valenti serve as the MCs.
