Sullivan Room's venerable Propaganda has hosted the likes of Richie Hawtin, Carl Craig and Ralph Lawson at parties past. Tonight's edition features a star turn from Marco Bailey, the veteran Belgian producer with tons of great party-rocking techno out on Drumcode, Bedrock and his own MB Elektronics label. Samsara and Bonzai step up to the decks as well.
