Sofrito: Tropical Discotheque Release Party

The folks from top London fiesta Sofrito, dedicated to tropical dub, Afro-Latin rhythms and more, head across the Atlantic to celebrate the release of the new Sofrito: Tropical Discotheque compilation on Strut. The night features sets from the Sofrito Sound System (resident DJs Hugo Mendez and Frankie Francis, along with MC Kwasi) and Turntables on the Hudson's Nickodemus; live percussion adds to the party's oomph.
