The Spot: Dennis "Citizen" Kane

Head down to Duende, the groovy new basement lounge under West Village restaurant Melibea, for an audience with the Disques Sinthomme label's Dennis "Citizen" Kane, one of the most musically astute selectors of house, disco, funk and the like that the city has to offer. He's celebrating the digital release of beloved house vocalist Liz Torres's "Your Love Is All I Need," which features remixes from Toby Tobias, Virgo Four's Merwyn Sanders and, needless to say, Kane himself.
