Trouble & Bass: DJ Champion + Royal-T

The Trouble & Bass gang takes control of the loft above Publc Assembly for another night of bass-heavy, woofer-ripping sounds. DJ Champion, head of Formula Records, has a singular style that melds jungle basslines to U.K.-funky rhythms; his fellow Londoner, the Butterz label’s young Royal-T, serves up sounds that take in grime, two-step, electro and plenty more. T&B’s own Star Eyes and the Captain lend yet more low-end action to the affair.
