Tummy Touch Records 15-Year Anniversary Party

Noted love god Tim "Love" Lee's wonderfully scruffy and scrappy label, home to everybody from Groove Armada to the Trachtenburg Family Slideshow Players, celebrates a decade and a half of oddball disco, freaky funk and irregular rock with tonight's major-league throwdown. The fab Phenomenal Handclap Band doles out its indie disco in a live set, with the combo's Quinn Luke—in his Bing Ji Ling guise—taking the stage as well. The deck action is handled by Horse Meat Disco daddy Severino, Thomas from Rub-N-Tug, Krunk Pony and Lee himself. Besides the birthday, the bash also celebrates the release of a great compilation, Fully Bearded: 15 Years of Tummy Touch in Dub.
