Time Out says

This month, local dance collective Dub-Stuy takes over Black Flamingo to host a weekly event series that features screenings, panels and (yes) DJ sets from artists in a wide variety of genres: dancehall, dub, bass music and more. Head of the local Fake Accent party series, Tygapaw, starts things off on Feb 1 with “Brooklyn Bashment”, a night dedicated to exploring modern club styles. You'll also find “Sub Sirens”—a night of dub and bass music—on Feb 8, early digital reggae for "Digital Explosion" (Feb 15), and dancehall luminary Massive B for the “Roots of NYC” closing party (Feb 22). Make sure to R.S.V.P., as space is limited.
